Role Overview

As our Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of MBA Empowerment and ensure all systems, people, and projects run efficiently.

You will be responsible for structure, accountability, execution, and operational excellence. This role requires leadership, initiative, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping everything aligned with the company vision.

You are not just supporting operations , you are building and leading them.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations and internal processes

  1. Manage team coordination and ensure accountability

  2. Implement and improve systems and workflows

  3. Track deadlines, projects, and performance metrics

  4. Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking

  5. Coordinate logistics for programs, events, and launches

  6. Ensure professional communication with clients and stakeholders

Who You Are:

Background

  • Experience with scheduling and class/program management.

  • Familiarity with invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting.

  • Exposure to accounting or ERP tools (Zoho Books, QuickBooks) is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational & multitasking abilities Can handle multiple responsibilities and anticipate needs.

  • Effective communication – Writes clear emails, has good phone etiquette, and can address parent/student inquiries professionally.

  • Tech-savvy – Comfortable with spreadsheets, cloud storage (Google Drive/OneDrive), and administrative software.

  • Detail-oriented yet adaptable – Balances accuracy with the flexibility to handle last-minute changes.

  • Customer-service mindset – Friendly, patient, and solutions-focused in every interaction.

  • Calm under pressure – Keeps composure in high-paced or unexpected situations.

  • Growth & team-oriented – Willing to learn, take feedback, and collaborate effectively with instructors and leadership.

Work Schedule

This position offers a flexible and dynamic work environment. The role ranges between 32–40 hours per week, depending on operational needs. Most work takes place during regular weekday hours, with occasional Saturday availability (typically a few times per month) to support our classes or events. The position also allows for several remote workdays each month, offering flexibility while ensuring strong collaboration with the team.
